- Using the app for illegal activity
- Interfering with the operation of the app
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. The developer does not guarantee that it is free of errors or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
The developer is not responsible for data lost through device failure or loss, deleting the app, failed backups or similar causes. Back up important records regularly with iCloud backup or a device backup.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the app belong to the developer. Content you create in the app, such as events, photos and notes, belongs to you.
Changes to these Terms
The developer may change these Terms when needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continuing to use the app means you accept them.
